wondering why you bruise easily? taking too much NSAIDS (like panadol), vitamin E, and Gingko will cause you to bruise easily.
wonder why runners are recommended 300IU of vit E daily. Hmmm. what do you do when supplement of 1 sport interferes with your other sport.

i believe it's love that keeps me going, and will continue to do so.
yes, we always face each other in the end. =)
squabbles and quarrels have no end but we'll always turn back to face each other along the way.
i hope that no matter what a rubble i might be i'll still be a treasure to someone. a particular someone.
