everytime i eat now i'll think...it's ok..marathon's coming..and the result? extra 2kg. man i'm fat. maybe i can't even move on that day itself. bleah.
so today before training i told myself..'mindy, you had macdonalds breakfast, followed by chicken rice with added ingredients, egg, and liver, and then a generous portion of beef noodles. you better train hard.'
carbo-loading is all excuses..for me at least..it's a chance to makan like maddd...hehe..
i was wondering...if i run more marathons per yr..then i can be carbo-loading the whole yr round.
oh man that's simply heaven.
i so damn envy those to can eat themselves to death yet die skinny.
they suck. boo.
