just ran 20km on my treadmil. i think it was shouting 'get off me!!' cuz it was making hell lot of noise with every step i took. i try to think of that as an alignment problem of the treadmil and not a weight problem.
the achievement was there wasn't any abrasion. close to abrasions but none. any runners would like to enlighten this amateur on how to reduce abrasions? post-marathon baths always leave me screaming.
eeeew i feel so ill prepared. joints are not strong enough. thanks to my crash training, about 1+ month before the real race?
was watching 'so you think you can dance' while i was running. (you guys must be wondering how come i can last so long eh) omg the dancers' muscles was...sooo....defined. woohoo. i also want. maybe i should quit running and dance...hehe. nah..karate was enough.
and oh i got down the treadmil to switch to the channel 8 show. lovely couple. career-minded wife and high flying career for the husband as well. he makes it a point to pick her up EVERYDAY after work, and bring her shopping and dinner. i mean that's the kind of guy whom every girl wants i guess. but just as i was having a good impression of him he turned out to be this bastard who gambles and womanizes whenever he is overseas for work. are all guys jerks? someone in JS2228 told me before that when temptations arrive, right in front of that guy's face, no guy can resist it. put a beautiful woman in front of him, tempting him and he goes out of control. is this the true nature?
are guys trustable?
lotsa reflection for a run. this is why i love long dist. it makes you think. it forces you to, cuz you have nothing else better to do.
