some interesting facts for coffee drinkers.
caffeine does not cause dehydration and can in fact me good for athletes?!

It has been shown that caffeine consumption causes a slight and temporary rise in the level of calcium excretion leading to speculation that the use of caffeine could compromise bone health. Yet studies show that adequate calcium consumption offsets the potential effect of caffeine on bone density. it is interesting that another article states that just 2 tablespoons of milk can offset the decrease in bone density.
oh btw pple are prescribed caffeine to combat tiredness etc...but these are the side effects...
